House Rules
There are multiple security cameras overlooking the common parts of the building. There are NO cameras inside the apartment. However, there are noise level monitoring devices inside the apartment to prevent parties and violation of the quiet hours, which quiet hours are between 2pm–4pm & 10pm-8am.
Quiet hours between 2pm – 4pm and 10pm - 8am must be observed. If quiet hours are violated once, the penalty fee is €100 euro. If violated twice, penalty is €300 euro and immediate cancellation of the booking without any refund for continuous violation of the house rules and police called on you.
